What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Assembler? You’ll be:

• Assembling components per assembly drawings/bill of material
  

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
  

• Performing functional testing on assemblies
  

• Operating forklifts, overhead cranes, machines/equipment in compliance with manufacturing and engineering standards
  

• Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent diploma OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  

• Have a good mechanical background
  

• Take ownership of safety, quality, and shop improvement initiatives
  

• Can work with minimal supervision and instruction
  

• Are willing to learn new systems and processes as per business requirements
  

• Have basic Microsoft and computer knowledge to perform system transactions
