Pay: $24 – $25 ph
Hours: 20 – 25 hours a week

What’s a typical day as a Part-Time Administrator? You’ll be:
• Providing general administrative support to the engineering department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Overseeing the preparation and organization of technical documentation, reports, and engineering records.
• Assisting in coordinating engineering projects, including tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Performing data entry tasks and assisting with the analysis of technical data.
• Ensuring that all engineering processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Serving as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the engineering manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Have prior experience in an administrative role within an engineering or technical environment.
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with engineering software.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
