What’s a typical day as a Recruiter? You’ll be:
• Advising stakeholders and hosting strategy sessions with stakeholders.
• Recruiting for postings and managing all applicants that come through.
• Supporting over 300 positions currently and handling around 90 requisitions per person.
• Assisting with spring networking events and the internship program.
• Conducting recruitment activities on college campuses.
• Traveling to different locations, primarily within Texas, with potential for overnight stays.
Requirements:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of university recruitment experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Possess strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint.
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Are detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have experience with event management and college campus recruitment.
• Are able to travel frequently, particularly during busy seasons.
