Kelly Services is partnered with a large logistics company in the Green Bay area in search of a Sr. Equipment Representative! This position is full-time, onsite at the company location and is a temporary opportunity lasting until the end of this year.
*This position has potential to become temp-to-hire or be extended
Pay Rate: $18-$23/hour based on level of experience
Hours/Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 6:30am-3:30pm
Job Overview:
Ensure optimal utilization of trailers and containers in designated markets. The Senior Equipment Coordinator will analyze market and customer data and collaborate with various areas of the business to make equipment utilization decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer service, planning and operations teams to optimize the company’s trailer usage across markets.
- Address customer issues that may impact equipment utilization.
- Maximize driver utilization by identifying unused hours.
- Make sound equipment utilization decisions that increase company profitability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two plus years of transportation or truck dispatch experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to evaluate multiple solutions and use strong judgement to make the best decision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
