Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM
Pay Scale: $32-$36 Hourly (dependent upon experience)
Location: Beltsville, MD 20705

We’re seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Directly managing day-to-day inventory tasks, such as replenishments, stock transfers, and organizing product check-ins.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate order processes and assist with customer purchase orders.

  • Handling physical inventory tasks like scanning, labeling, and organizing orthopedic products for easy retrieval.

  • Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.

  • Performing regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and assisting with compliance tasks.

  • Ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and documentation, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Assisting with on-call duties on a rotating basis to support critical inventory needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, distribution, or inventory management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other inventory software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
