Kelly Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a busy Electric company located in Orlando, FL 32811. 

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time Direct Hire
– Pay Rate: 39k-45k
– Shift: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a high volume of invoices and proficiency in MS Excel and Foundation. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Receive, review, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies
– Prepare and execute payments to vendors via check, electronic transfer, or other methods
– Track and maintain accurate vendor records, communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment or account issues, and verify and update vendor information
– Prepare spending reports for management review
– Assist with various tasks within the Accounting department
– Conduct other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
– 3-5 years of experience in Accounts payable or similar role
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
– Proficient in using MS Excel, experience using Foundation is a strong plus
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Some college or advanced education/training is preferred
