Job details
As a Bioprocessing Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the safe and efficient production of live and inactivated bacterial antigens. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in meeting our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aseptic operations for production processes within the Bacterin area.
- Operate automated and semi-automated equipment used in antigen production.
- Assemble, wrap, sterilize, deliver, and maintain inventory of Bacterins equipment and tanks.
- Adhere to strict adherence to cGMP documentation practices.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hazardous waste handling, decontamination, and sterilization.
- Understanding of basic GMP/documentation practices, basic laboratory practices, measurements, biology, and microbiology.
- Understanding of operating in an aseptic environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and hold above waist level while maintaining sterility.
