Job Title: Production Technician I – Process Operator
Location: Franklin, MA
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Thursday)

  • Night Shift (Priority): 7 PM – 7 AM (Monday to Thursday)
    Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (Potential to increase to $21.00/hour)
    Hours per Week: 36 – 48 hours

Join Our Team as a Production Technician I – Process Operator!

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. This role offers full-time employment with competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate various machines (coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting)

  • Load rolls of paper onto machines and make necessary adjustments

  • Monitor machine operations and product quality throughout the process

  • Use overhead hoists, trucks, and dollies to transport materials

  • Conduct tests to ensure products meet established specifications

  • Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and process issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow production schedules, work orders, and verbal instructions

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

  • Forklift operation experience preferred

  • Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and process documentation

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced team environment preferred

  • Familiarity with 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles is a plus
