Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• Pay Rate: $16.00
• Temp-to-perm – based on attendance and performance

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative I? You’ll be:
• Providing front line, direct contact with customers when filing claims over the phone
• Informing customers of the organization’s products and/or services
• Filing claims by collecting pertinent information from customers
• Answering routine questions and resolving basic problems
• Referring more difficult items to higher level team members for guidance
• Following standard screens/scripts to perform most tasks
• Navigating a computer-based system and maintaining/updating company records as needed
• Processing and determining coverage by reviewing forms and other applicable records
• Maintaining professionalism and effectively interacting with all contacts
• Maintaining department quality standards and performing job duties as directed by supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (Call Center Preferred)
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have basic problem-solving skills
• Have experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products
• Have an acute attention to detail/accuracy and effective note taking/documenting skills
• Can handle/process high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
