Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative II
Location: Mira Loma
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime during the week.
Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for a facility in Mira Loma. This role primarily operates in an office environment with occasional access to the warehouse for equipment inspections. Candidates must be prepared to use safety gear including a vest, hard hat, eye protection, and steel-toe boots. Forklift operation may be required as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound phone calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins.

  • Perform operations and logistics tasks, including scheduling technicians, deliveries, and equipment.

  • Collaborate closely with customers and branch staff to resolve issues.

  • Process customer requests such as generating rental quotes and placing orders via phone, in person, or email.

  • Document tasks using process flows.

  • Answer product questions and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.

  • Enter orders and coordinate delivery according to agreements.

  • Assist with contract renewals and maintenance as required.

  • Complete equipment rental processes, schedule product pickups, and prepare customer paperwork.

  • Support Service Shop Technicians with work orders and parts retrieval.

  • Compile metrics and support branch staff operations.

  • Ensure accurate time entries and billing for projects and services.

  • Process service orders and update payment information as needed.

  • The role involves using the Rental Results system.

 

  • Fluency in relevant ERP systems

  • Maintain a safe working environment and uphold organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Some forklift experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

  • Prior Rental experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting to 50 lbs. regularly.
