If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Software Engineer in Fremont, CA. Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience in Labview and Python Programming.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications in LabVIEW and Python to control and automate optical power measurement systems.
- System Integration: Integrate software solutions with existing hardware systems and measurement devices, ensuring seamless operation and data acquisition.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Implement data analysis algorithms to process optical power measurements and generate comprehensive reports.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of software and hardware systems to ensure reliability and accuracy of measurements.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for software designs, code, and user manuals to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and project managers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware interactions promptly.
Requirements and Education:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using LabVIEW.
- Proficient in Python programming with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Prior experience working with optical power measurement systems and related hardware.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using LabVIEW.
