Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Commercial and Industrial Construction
Location – Dallas TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Review and validate project estimates.
- Conduct planning meetings and document results.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and align personnel schedules with project timelines.
- Manage subcontract and equipment buy-outs.
- Perform daily site visits to inspect work and resolve issues.
- Implement corrective measures for job issues.
- Manage project scope changes.
- Provide material takeoffs and pricing for scope changes.
- Conduct and attend job meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, renovation experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills for change orders and project presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and schematics.
- Proficient with job cost accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of financial models in various contracting methods.
- Ability to be on-call as needed and perform daily site inspections.
