Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for a part-time Bookkeeping/Practice Administrator role in Sudbury, MA! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at a leading health organization making a difference in people’s lives.
- Direct Hire
- $30-32/hr
- Part-time, 20-30 hours/week.
- Hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday and Thursday
Summary
- Perform day-to-day business management tasks with a primary focus on Bookkeeping and Consultative Collections
- Oversee and maintain daily financial records
- Pay monthly bills, submit receipts, enter data for billing
- Assist in record keeping for Payroll and Human Resources
- Partner with vendors and act as liaison with outside agencies
- Support the business and financial administrative needs of an approximately 20-member organization
- Consultative collections – getting patients on payment plans and confirming payments – this is a big part of this job
- Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business
Skills and Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of Bookkeeping experience required
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
