Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000k per year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our client’s HR team. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and source the best talent for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Source candidates: Utilize various recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events to source active and passive candidates for open positions.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates: Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage candidate pipelines: Maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage the candidate database to ensure a strong talent pipeline for future positions.

  • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure that recruitment practices align with company goals and values.

  • Negotiate offers: Assist with salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and preparation of employment offers for successful candidates.

  • Onboarding support: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.

  • Track recruitment metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, using data to continuously improve the recruiting process.

  • Employer branding: Participate in promoting the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various marketing initiatives, job fairs, and partnerships.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Proven experience with HRIS Systems.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
