Kelly Services is hiring Accounts Receivable Call Center Representatives in El Paso, TX!

Pay: $17.50/hr
Hours: 8-hr shift between 6:30am-6pm, M-F
Location: Hybrid in El Paso, TX
Position Type: Temp to hire

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to clients, resolving client billing requests and issues

  • Update status of payments, post confirmations from cash operations, handle disputes, understand invoices and requests to assist with reconciliation, handle client reports, handle aged/open items on accounts

  • Resolve simple accounts receivable disputes

  • Analyze and research client requests

  • Perform assigned Invoice to Cash and work cases accurately and within stipulated timelines by partnering with business unites and/or working with the client to understand and resolve routine requests

  • Provide world-class service with each interaction to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Prepare data files and correspondences for distribution to clients

  • Work with banks to resolve client payment issues

  • Exceed phone metrics

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Call center experience

  • Basic accounts receivable knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel

  • Ability to communicate professionally

  • Excellent organizational skills
