Quality Manager
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Quality Manager for one of our top clients in Mechanicsville, VA.
- Manage and coordinate quality functions in ACS sites in order to assure quality and regulatory compliance requirements for medical devices manufactured by the ACS Plants.
- The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and the continuous improvement of the following Quality System elements including, but not limited to:
- Complaint handling, Post-Market Surveillance, Process and Product Nonconformances, Corrective and Preventative Action, Deviations, and Internal Audits.
- The incumbent will supervise the Complaint Specialists and support the investigation, escalation, adverse event assessment processes.
- The incumbent must support compliance to the Food and Drug Administration FDA – CFR 820, Quality System Regulation QSR and Internal Organization for Standardization ISO:13485 requirements.
- The incumbent is responsible for updating applicable procedures and processes to meet emerging regulations and business requirements.
- Monitors and reports global adherence to the system processes under their responsibility provides input regarding the performance of the quality system to appropriate review boards and management review.
