Job Description: Machine Operator
Position: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18-24/hr Depending on Experience
Location: [St. Peters]
Broad Function:
The Machine Operator is responsible for regenerating resin, preparing mobile water treatment equipment for field use, performing quality control checks on mobile units, and handling various tasks within Plant Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Regeneration of Ion Exchange Resins: Follow established procedures to regenerate ion exchange resins and other media.
- Preparation of Mobile Units: Load resins properly, conduct equipment checks, and supply the unit with necessary tools, test kits, meters, pumps, and other required materials according to specifications.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch to ensure they meet the required standards.
Core Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Safety: Commitment to safety, including wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform frequent lifting and bending motions, use hand tools, and manually manipulate products/equipment.
