Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Experience with plant layout and product flow analysis.
- Knowledge of line balancing and one-piece flow assembly line design.
- Strong process improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Kaizen events, plant rearrangement, and assembly cell design to improve product flow.
- Generate cost estimates for new product development.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize processes and improve labor efficiency.
- Implement 5S methodology to organize workspaces and enhance visual management.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce setup times, improve equipment utilization, and boost operational performance.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

- Analyze and enhance workflow through comprehensive studies and plant layout optimizations.
- Drive process improvements and cost-efficient strategies in assembly operations.
