Kelly’s Hiring! Our client in London is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for a 3-month temporary role, with the possibility of extension. If you have a passion for providing top-tier administrative support in a legal environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in-person for clients, stakeholders, and other external contacts. Analyze and address inquiries, provide referrals, or redirect inquiries as necessary.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Caseworkers and Review Counsel, ensuring meetings are coordinated and prioritized based on urgency and importance.

  • Facilitate the review, formatting, and preparation of legal documentation and correspondence for external communication.

  • Create, update, and manage specialized client databases and filing systems, tracking court appearances and deadlines.

  • Support the smooth administration of the Dean’s Office, including responding to general inquiries, booking meeting spaces, and assisting office staff with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or client services, preferably in a legal office environment.

  • Diploma in Legal Administration or a related field from a recognized community college.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on assignments.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
