Level 3 Validation and Support Technician
Folsom, California
Hourly Pay: $25/hr W2
Full benefits + paid time off
- Ability to submit work request tickets and clearly document.
- Ability to Support Customers and Internal Stakeholders as directed from Senior technical leadership in the lab.
- With minimal guidance, perform ad hoc testing as requested by engineer or fellow technicians.
- Interfacing with and informing customers and stakeholders regarding assigned items, test results and inventory processes.
- Weekly reporting of test execution to Stakeholders.
- Updating Domain Matrix.
- Provides detailed change requests to department procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Identifying areas of improvement or risk regarding work tasks and make recommendations to lab management or lab staff as appropriate.
- Able to aid and provide mentorship to lower-level technicians regarding their respective domain.
- Provides first level triage and debug of domain specific execution halting errors in lab procedures and test environments.
