Are you a seasoned professional in the high voltage industry? We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead the installation of critical high voltage infrastructure across onshore and offshore sites. If you have a strong background in HVDC converter stations, transformers, HV cable work, and live HV compounds, this is your opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Organize: As the Installation Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of site operations, organizing and overseeing the installation of complex high voltage systems. You’ll coordinate with various teams, ensuring that all activities are executed according to plan while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

  • Safety is Paramount: Your expertise in navigating live HV compounds will be crucial. You’ll ensure that all installation work complies with HSE guidelines, managing risks and ensuring that all personnel are following safety protocols. Your role includes reviewing and implementing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to keep the site secure and efficient.

  • Technical Leadership: Bring your in-depth knowledge of HVDC systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and more to guide the installation process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is installed correctly, following the latest construction drawings, and meeting all quality standards.

  • Collaborate and Coordinate: You’ll work closely with Site Managers, Civil Construction teams, HSE departments, and Quality Control to synchronize efforts and maintain smooth project execution. Your role includes regular reporting, attending progress meetings, and providing technical assistance to both your team and contractors.

  • Quality and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring that every aspect of the installation meets strict industry standards. You’ll oversee the use of calibrated tools and equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all work aligns with the project’s critical path.
