What’s a typical day as a Contracts Lead with Federal Regulation experience? You’ll be:

  • Managing portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective purchase of goods and services with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time.

  • Negotiating contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders.

  • Executing Procure-to-Pay processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and Controls Integrity Management System catalogs.

  • Maintaining agreement portfolio, ensuring contract compliance and utilization.

  • Identifying business value and other opportunities within the portfolio.

  • Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations.

  • Providing fit-for-risk process improvements.

  • Influencing development and implementing Category strategic and commercial guidance.
