Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (Remote, Houston or Bay Area)
Location: Houston, TX or San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Remote with 1-2 days/week in-office)
Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: Required (Up to 2 days/week)

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by overseeing the smooth execution of groundbreaking clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external clinical research studies.

  • Handle IRB submissions and ensure all regulatory documentation is up to date.

  • Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including regulatory and subject binders.

  • Collaborate with clinical staff and field teams to execute research studies.

  • Manage study budgets, track progress, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.

  • Travel to clinical trial sites as needed to provide on-site support.

  • Ensure adherence to research regulatory, ethical, and safety standards.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (or equivalent experience).

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or clinical research.

  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of clinical research operations.

  • You’re ready to travel as required (up to 10%) and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
