Work schedule:
6PM – 6AM 12 hrs. per day 50-60 hour/week average
What is required?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum experience in maintenance role or service tech role which includes mechanical and electronic repairs.
- Good Computer skills
- Advanced mechanical electrical/electronic aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
What will you be doing?
Maintaining plant production equipment by making repairs within scope of expertise. various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing – tapeline, tape/braider, plastic extruder, servo drive systems and PLS s Interprets and follows through on work orders following various safe work procedures.
Makes mechanical and electrical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.
Learns to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill.
Becomes aware of all safety hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintains department records.
