Shipping and Receiving
Compensation:
– Starting pay is approximately $20 an hour (this may vary slightly depending on experience level and PC proficiency testing).
M-F 8am-4:30pm
Requirements:
-Education: High School Diploma
– Experience: 1-3 years minimum experience in the shipping/receiving warehouse controls environment.
SKILLS
– PC Proficient
– Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AS400, PROAPP, Vantage, and Outlook/TEAMS/Group/Wise
– Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
– Strong organization and decision-making skills
– Ability to multitask and network effectively
– Process-oriented
– Extremely detail-oriented
– ISO-oriented
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative shipping/receiving support for the facility
– Enter data into the ERP system for inventory controls and shipping/receiving
– Receive all orders and place parts into stock location
– Handle shipping responsibilities and various shipping/receiving duties
– Maintain stock room/warehouse in good order
– Build packing crates using small tools (saws, hammers, etc.)
– Pull parts from stock to ship and work with shipping software/ERP systems
– Manage import/export paperwork & brokerage interaction
– Facilitate the appropriate flow of documentation
– Operate a forklift
– Follow ISO & ESH procedures
