Shift: 2nd – Direct Hire
Pay: $33 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Machine Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Repairing equipment in accordance with standard engineering practices and OEM technical manuals.
• Performing troubleshooting, diagnosing, repair, and maintenance of all manufacturing and associated service equipment, identifying the root cause of the problem.
• Maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems controls and components.
• Completing scheduled electrical/electronic overhaul/rebuild of equipment, including rewiring and replacement of motors, electronic printed circuit boards, switches, relays, etc.
• Conducting preventive maintenance, including inspection, repair, and lubrication of all manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Operating and repairing machine tools by welding and fabricating sheet metal items as needed.
• Ordering supply parts electronically and maintaining accurate work records.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an associate degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance and/or a relevant discipline.
• Have 3-5 years of maintenance repair experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in reading and comprehending schematics, utilizing multimeters and ammeters, motor control, PLC programming, soldering, power tool usage, welding, pipe fitting, power transmission applications, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
