Job details

Kelly Services is hiring for Material Handling support to assist with the Elections in San Bernardino County.
 
DETAILS:

  • Hours:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Monday – Friday

  • Mandatory Overtime including weekends and holidays

  • Pay Rate 1– $19.98 hr.

  • 30 – 90 Day Temporary assignment

  • Potential for other assignments throughout the 2024 Presidential Election season

 
 
Examples of Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:
 
* Basic/intermediate computer skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform routine physical tasks
* Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
* Ability to follow direction and work independently with some direction
* Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively both orally and written
* Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously for long periods of time
* Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines
* Technically inclined
 
Examples of Duties include but are not limited to:
 
* Operate election equipment
* Prepare inventory for input into machines
* Record batch reconciliation information
* Provide verification of output material and other pertinent information
* Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes
* Perform related warehouse duties as required
* Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election material
* Maintain election equipment maintenance
