We’re seeking a Claims Assistant to work at a premier client in Santa Ana, CA. Sound good?
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23 an hour.

What’s a typical day as a Claims Assistant? You’ll be:
• Performing data entry to ensure timely filing of claims
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing documents related to claims
• Creating claim records and assigning them to adjusters
• Processing benefit payments, invoices, and claim payments
• Providing excellent customer service to claimants and answering questions about billing and claims
• Drafting reports and billing paperwork
• Assisting adjusters with complex cases, such as those arising after a natural disaster
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with data entry and administrative tasks
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Are proficient in using computer systems and software
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with Claims assistant is preferred but not required.
