Job Description:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for Sales Activities.

Hours are: 8am-5pm M-F
$25-27/hour
Possible Temp to hire for the right fit

Main Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary contact for non-product related customer issues.

  • Manage customer portals, vendor forms, and daily bookings reports.

  • Verify customer quotes and convert them into orders.

  • Generate accurate invoices and update customers on delivery status.

  • Assist Inside and Outside Sales Representatives and maintain the C4C database.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least two years of Sales Administration or related experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with ERP Customer Relationship Management Systems like SAP and C4C is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
