Summary:

Role and Company Overview:
We are seeking a Research Associate to support our Laboratory Sciences department. This role involves daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and data collection activities such as qPCR, DNA isolation, ligand binding assays, and flow cytometry.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine lab maintenance and cleaning.
– Prepare and analyze materials (e.g., animal blood and tissues) for various assays.
– Maintain accurate records of specimens, reagents, and samples.
– Assist with calibration and optimization of analytical instruments.
– Document deviations and contribute to corrective actions.

Qualifications Desired
– Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline (Bachelor’s preferred).
– 1 year of relevant lab experience or equivalent education/experience.
– Ability to handle light physical work and interpret technical documents.
