Salary:  $20.00 hour
Duration:  Temporary, 8-10 weeks
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Coding and reconciling invoices.
• Collecting and obtaining information from various departments, vendors, and distributors.
• Data entry in Excel.
• Filing documents.
• Analyzing information from multiple departments and providing accurate answers.
• Providing administrative support to the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Have experience providing administrative support.
