Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will support routine operations and maintenance on the Ocotillo Factory Waste Treatment systems. This position requires spending time in the field, working on industrial equipment, and may involve lifting to 25 lbs. and wearing protective personal equipment. This role is perfect if you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Company: Kelly Services
– Location: Chandler, Arizona
– Pay Rate: $25.00-27.00 per hour
– Shift: Thursday – Saturday, every other Wednesday, 5:45 am – 6:15 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain industrial wastewater treatment systems that support our operations facilities
– Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures
– Utilize quality systems and diagnose process issues in industrial treatment systems
– Role model safety and quality standards
– Conduct treatability studies of different chemical constituents feeding Industrial Waste systems
– Commission new IWS systems, including FAT/OAT document review and implementation, startup support, and training delivery

Qualifications & Skills:
– Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn software applications
– Knowledge of the theory and principles of operations and controls of facilities systems
– Hands-on technical capabilities in preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair
– Instrumentation and control knowledge with SCADA systems
– Ability to work from maintenance schedules, blueprints, procedures, and diagrams
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to function and interact in a fast-paced team environment

Minimum Educational Requirement:
– Two-year associate degree or High school and some college are acceptable 
– At least two years of related facilities experience ( Waterwaste experience)

Note: This is a physically demanding role that involves standing or walking for a 12-hour shift and working in various weather conditions.
