Job details

Job Title: Data Support Analyst (Analyst, IS Business Support)
Pay rate: $35 per hour
Duration:  12 months
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Redmond, WA, 98052 ((Hybrid work environment – 3days on site and 2 remote after established in position)

Top 3 Skills:

  1. Data Analysis and Data Entry

  2. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel

  3. Familiarity with SAP and/or Manufacturing ERPs

Project Overview & Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Update attribute information in various systems such as PLM, eCentral, ERP (QAD), and Commercial Sales (SAP).

  • Perform data cleanup, including correcting BOM components with sequence numbers or quantities of zero, changing software parts to batch management, and updating parts with non-standard SAP lifecycle codes.

  • Work with the inventory team to verify safety stock and cycle count codes before data loads, making necessary QAD updates.

  • Potential tasks include updating shelf life, marking parts as inactive, and managing variants for obsolescence.

Work Setup: This is a hybrid role, with on-site work required on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Remote work is allowed on Thursday and Friday. Initially, the candidate will be on-site every day until they are up to speed.

Degree Requirement: A degree is preferred but not required if the candidate has sufficient experience.

Additional Skill: Good communication skills and the ability to interact well with others and with teams.

Interview Process: One round of interviews, with a phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The interview can be on-site or virtual, depending on schedules, but on-site is preferred.
