Position Overview:
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a direct-hire (permanent) position with a chemical client in Burlington, WI. Summary:
This individual will ensure the plant meets quality and regulatory standards. The role involves validating batches, maintaining records, supporting ISO 9001 and FSSC programs, and training staff.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform batch validation testing and documentation.
– Maintain quality records and manage environmental monitoring.
– Oversee lab equipment calibration and cleanliness.
– Support ERP functions and assist with internal audits.
– Manage controlled documents, update procedures, and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
– Provide training on document use and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Science, or related field is required.
– 1-2 years of lab experience is required.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.
– Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
– Must pass a background check and drug test.
– HACCP and PMQCI certification within 6 months.
Salary and Benefits:
– Full-time, exempt position.
– Pay: $21-25/hour, depending on relevant experience.
