In Kelly we are seeking an Associate Training & Development professional to join our team. This position works closely with assigned client groups to assess training needs and deliver effective solutions. Under general supervision, the Associate Training & Development will play a key role in ensuring the training needs of our clients are met. The opening requires availability for 3rd shift with a salary of $22.76 per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Communicates client training needs to local training management.
• Responsible for delivery of solutions to meet the specific training needs of assigned clients.
• Responsible for effective delivery of cGMP and other regulatory training, as required by client
group.
• Delivers initial and ongoing training for new hires and transfers. Facilitates transition of new
hires/transfer-ins from training environment to work environment.
• Exchanges detailed technical information with customers to solve problems and/or provide ongoing
support.
• Act as a resource/trainer on manufacturing support tasks and/or in the use of all the equipment used
in the area.
• Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for specific technical areas (e.g. Inspection, Packaging).
• May assist in performing sophisticated and critical operations.
• Provides mentorship to client on compliance and regulatory issues.
• Supervise and audit the syringe and vials manual inspection processes.
• Recognize and report malfunctions or procedural deviations.
• May assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (e.g. equipment logs, routine area
audits, batch records).
• May perform revisions on routine SOPs or other business documents.
• Initiate Non-Conformance records as appropriate.
• Works directly with client in delivering training. Training may involve the handling potentially
hazardous materials and/or equipment.
• May provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to other team members.
• Available to support non-standard shift operations in a 7/24 format including extended hours and/or
weekends as needed.
• Meet specific project team goals and timelines.
• Organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks and activities.
• Works directly with client in delivering training. Training may involve the handling potentially
hazardous materials and/or equipment.
• Work guided by team requirements or department objectives as well as standard practices.
• May act in a team lead capacity including delegating work to others.
Education/Licenses:
– Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 4 years of directly related experience, or
– High school diploma/GED with 6 years of directly related experience.
Competencies/Skills:
– Demonstrates understanding of the company’s business and culture, and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
– Strong interpersonal, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
– Able to lift and/or move equipment and set up training programs, meetings, and conferences (up to 35 pounds, 4 feet high).
– Excellent customer service orientation and influencing skills to work directly with client staff and identify performance needs.
– Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish, with strong technical writing skills in both languages.
– Proficient in computer software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Works directly with clients in delivering training.
– Training may involve handling potentially hazardous materials and/or equipment.
