This position is a contract to hire position, meaning you will be hired with our client permanently after a short contract period with Kelly. Once hired, our client offers a competitive vacation well as excellent promotional opportunities.

Details:
- 1st shift hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Pay: $60,000 – $70,000, potentially higher based on experience
Job Description:
- Organizing the Production Floor and ensuring efficient workflows
- Setting up jobs at work stations and ensuring all necessary materials are available
- Monitoring and meeting delivery commitments
- Interacting with Materials and Quality departments
- Walking the floor to ensure everyone has what they need to perform their job
- Ensuring deliveries are going out on time
- Conducting process sheet reviews and development
- Maintaining a highly organized mindset for production efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Have experience in a production environment, preferably in a custom-built to print work setting
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to optimize space utilization
- Understand the importance of keeping employees motivated, aware, and engaged in a bench assembly role
- Are familiar with IPC standards and have knowledge of soldering, crimping, and other assembly III role skill sets
- Have experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred but not required)
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to quality
- Are familiar with ISO compliance standards
