Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
Location:  2550 Milbrook Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL, USA, 60069

Role Responsibilities:

Service and Repair: Perform basic tasks like troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections.  

Product Handling: Manage the receiving and shipping of customer products, and address customer complaints. 

Record Keeping: Document the work you perform, including the reasons for parts replacement and the issues identified.  

Learning and Following Standards: Develop familiarity with specific products and processes and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.  

Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving processes, updating work instructions and standardizing operations.  

This position is hands-on, focused on maintaining high-quality service while continuously improving processes. 

Must-haves

Required Education: High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience 

Basic hand soldering   

High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification or 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. 

Some computer & mechanical skills needed. 

Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations. Maintains a safe work environment 

Ability to work in a team and independently 

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes 

Bending, Scooping and Standing for long periods of time 

Good attendance and Attitude 

Ability to use basic math 

Basic computer skills
