Kelly’s customer located in Oakville, ON, is looking for a dynamic Customer Fulfillment Representative with a Financial background who will focus on managing and improving the daily performance of the invoice quality team, by driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality adherence, facilitating knowledge sharing, and maintaining effective stakeholder collaboration within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Single point of contact for customer/commercial team for assigned Region

  • Partner and coordinate with key supply chain departments to satisfy customer requirements, minimize cost and maximize results

  • Meet and exceed inventory quality expectations and turnaround time targets.

  • Analyze credits and drive operational improvements through process enhancements.

  • Meet daily KPI’s related to billing operations and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Investigate and escalate issues using SAP and Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, fulfillment team, and sales to address unbilled transactions and resolve escalations.

  • Support company’s collectors with receivables disputes.

  • Work cross-functionally with peers, leadership, and global teams.

  • Perform debits and collaborate with commercial members to deliver billings in accordance with customer expectations.

  • Reviewing/actioning reports

  • Engage the customer directly to resolve issues, clarify order requirements & ensure delivery of product

  • Manage critical cases with a sense of urgency and ownership

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/fulfillment or finance.

  • Diploma preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP and CRM software.

  • Strong digital mindset: comfortable entering and retrieving data in a variety of software, CRM and ERP platforms

  • An ability to work in a cross-functional environment with peers & immediate leadership

  • Energetic, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • A motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work from multiple channels

  • Ability to understand specific business objectives, priorities and key processes

  • Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic presentation skills

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office

  • Ability to work Monday – Friday (8-hour shift), within the working window of 8:00am – 6:30pm, depending on our assigned region
