This position as a BioManufacturing Technician I in Memphis, TN
Contributing to the development and production of novel cellular products in a GMP-regulated environment. The role offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $21 per hour, with additional benefits such as shift differential pay and overtime for work exceeding 40 hours per week.

Example of a shift, but may change:
The job involves a rotating 2-2-3 schedule at 10:30am-11pm, which means working two days on, followed by two days off, then three days on, and so forth. It requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to meet the job’s requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining qualifications for aseptic activities.

  • Producing and formulating cellular products while adhering to GMP, GDP, and aseptic processing standards.

  • Assisting in writing GMP-required documents.

  • Supporting validation efforts in the manufacturing process.

  • Handling raw materials, cell culture, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Ensuring the clean room environment is maintained properly.

Qualifications:
For the role include an AS or BS in a scientific field, with 0-1 year of relevant experience in biotech or cell therapy being ideal.

Additionally,

  • Ability to work in a clean room environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials and medical equipment is essential.

  • Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform algebraic math.
