Salary: $80,000
Hours: 1:30pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Directing and leading Distribution Center operations activities within assigned functions, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, delivery, customer quality, and product inventory accuracy
• Managing teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functional area(s)
• Providing proactive performance feedback and coaching to teammates within assigned functions
• Overseeing training for assigned functions, ensuring teammates receive appropriate training
• Making succession planning recommendations and assisting in talent development and retention
• Working with Operations leadership to improve DC metrics and drive financial performance
• Implementing customer service initiatives and resolving issues relating to service quality and deliveries
• Coordinating with various teams and departments as needed
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance laws/regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Have 3 or more years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience, preferably within the healthcare/medical/medical device industry
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse management best practices
• Have financial acumen and prior profit and loss responsibilities
• Can work effectively within a matrix environment
• Demonstrate leadership potential and people management skills
• Have excellent customer relationship skills and communication abilities
• Excel in planning and organization, with the ability to manage large complex initiatives
