Plant/Maintenance Engineering Technician

Specific Duties:
- Planned Maintenance (PM):
- Perform PMs according to the monthly plan for facilities, equipment, and utility systems.
- Manage external contractors to complete PMs on HVAC systems as per the monthly plan.
- Perform PMs according to the monthly plan for facilities, equipment, and utility systems.
- Unplanned Maintenance:
- Conduct unplanned maintenance as per issued work orders for equipment and utility systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for unplanned maintenance that cannot be handled in-house, particularly for HVAC systems.
- Conduct unplanned maintenance as per issued work orders for equipment and utility systems.
- Materials Management:
- Prepare materials, consumables, and spare parts in advance for scheduled PMs and annual shutdowns.
- Order necessary materials, consumables, and spare parts promptly to ensure availability for planned maintenance and shutdowns.

- System Implementation:
- Assist the Sr. Manager of Facilities Engineering with the implementation of new engineering tools, materials, and spare parts systems.
- Organize current materials, consumables, and spare parts within the new system.
- Assist the Sr. Manager of Facilities Engineering with the implementation of new engineering tools, materials, and spare parts systems.
- Documentation:
- Complete PM documentation, annual shutdown documentation, and work order documentation in a timely manner as required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in investigations and corrective actions for equipment, utility, and HVAC systems according to QMS requirements.
- Ensure all investigation documentation is completed on time per QMS standards.
- Complete PM documentation, annual shutdown documentation, and work order documentation in a timely manner as required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Training and Compliance:
- Maintain training as required by the QMS.
- Ensure all mechanical spaces, mezzanines, and ceiling spaces are clean, organized, and free of unauthorized storage.

- Facility Support:
- Support facility calibration and validation activities with the Sr. Manager of Facilities Engineering.
- Assist in facility construction activities in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Facilities Engineering.
