Pay rate: $34/hr

What’s a typical day as a Claims Examiner? You’ll be:
• Analyzing complex or technically difficult workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Working with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
• Ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements.
• Identifying subrogation of claims and negotiating settlements.
• Collaborating with team members and other stakeholders to provide exceptional claims management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• Hold professional certification applicable to the line of business (preferred).
• Have at least five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have experience with Massachusetts (MA) claims.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in claims management.
