Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16/hr

What’s a typical day as a Shared Services Operations Specialist? You’ll be:
• Following standard procedural guidelines for task performance
• Logging checks, processing documents, and managing CLEAR queues
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls with insurance carriers
• Providing assistance and backup to meet client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Performing other duties and projects based on business needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to follow standard procedural guidelines and perform tasks accurately
• Possess good communication skills for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls from insurance carriers
• Can research and resolve issues effectively
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and quality performance

• Have the ability to work efficiently in client and company proprietary applications
• Maintain good attendance, teamwork, and contribute to organizational goals
