Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate
Pay Rate: $30 Hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends every 4-5 weeks; flexibility required for schedule adjustments within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM range.

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in our Commercial Operations and Strategic Enablement team, serving as the vital link between our warehouse operations and the broader business and sales organizations. Your work will directly support sales growth by ensuring that inventory and resources are efficiently managed and balanced throughout the US market. By collaborating closely with our Sales Network Optimization team, you’ll help minimize costs while prioritizing customer service levels, empowering us to meet current demand and unlock new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implant inventory, including replenishments, National loaners, returns, and handling expired goods.
- Work closely with the local sales team to manage open orders and develop customer solutions.
- Engage with and manage key customer stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships.
- Perform check-in and put-away processes, including scanning inventory, completing transfers, ordering replacement parts, and sorting mixed sets.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, receiving parties, and internal clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Partner with customer accounts receivable to resolve pricing issues and manage invoicing processes.
- Label stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Assist in regulatory inspections and perform safety and quality audits.
- Lead projects as required to enhance warehouse operations.
- Accommodate shifting priorities and perform other tasks as needed.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
- Warehouse/Distribution experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP).
- Experience with inventory management.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
Skills:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage key customer relationships.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use specialized software and customized programs.
