Position Title: R&D Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate: $32-$35 Hourly
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Comprehensive Benefit Package
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Description:
R&D Medical Device Assemblers are responsible for assembling and testing medical devices used in research and development. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, precision in assembly, and adherence to strict quality and regulatory standards. Assemblers work under microscopes to handle small components, perform soldering and rework tasks, and follow verbal and written instructions to ensure the devices meet all specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed assembly of medical devices under a microscope.

  • Conduct precise soldering and rework on small components.

  • Follow verbal instructions and detailed assembly drawings.

  • Take proper notes and maintain documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Inspect components and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to improve assembly processes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to cGMP and ISO regulations.

  • Utilize ERP platforms to track and manage inventory and production data.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
