Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $13.00 ph 

Must be available to work Monday thru Friday – 8:00 am until 8:00 pm

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer concerns.
• Identifying and escalating issues to Senior Agents.
• Providing excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Utilizing basic scripted troubleshooting skills.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 1-2 years of call center experience, must be fully bilingual (english & spanish) 
• Possess excellent data entry and typing skills. 
• Have previous customer service experience.
• Demonstrate basic scripted troubleshooting skills.
