Job Title: Senior Claims Specialist/Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Hours: Monday- Friday 11:30am-8:00pm

What’s a typical day as a Claims Specialist? You’ll be:
• Answering phones and responding to program staff and client inquiries
• Processing working queues for unacknowledged work, premium payments, reimbursements, and client payments
• Managing difficult client/customer situations and meeting commitments
• Reviewing insurance files to generate premium and claim payments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of related experience
• Are bilingual in English-Spanish, and able to speak, write, and understand in both languages
• Have strong knowledge of medical insurance premiums, deductibles, and copays
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are a confident decision-maker with good judgment
• Have superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
