Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Tech. Support Analyst for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Midland, MI.
Technical Azure skills are required for this role.
This role will be supporting an Azure hosted virtual desktop platform for thousands of virtual desktop computers. The ability to help automate task and improve the user experience as well as optimize the virtual desktop platform will greatly improve the responsibility of the employee and improve the status of their employment. Job will include: resolving Service Now tickets, running reports, validating the integrity of the report data, building how-to documents, updating current documentation, managing current automated processes, the lifecycle of the virtual machine, fulfilling virtual desktop request, and improving the overall experience for the user and quality of the service. Having the ability to learn new skills or already having skills within PowerShell, Active Directory, Virtual Desktops administration or Azure will be a plus and will open up other work tasks related to the service and empower the employee to move up within the team structure.
