Bothell, WA
5:00am- 3:30pm M-Thurs 4 10 hour shifts!
$24/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with manufacturing diagnostic ultrasound transducers. Your attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality products. 
Job Specifications:

– Job Type: Full-time
– Location: Bothell, WA
– Pay Rate: $24/hr
– Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Weigh and mix epoxy-based materials.
– Clean and assemble high-precision molds.
– Perform light mechanical assembly of small components using hand tools and torque drivers.
– Carry out manual assembly operations including shielding, gluing, and cable preparation.
– Work with hands under a microscope to perform hand soldering of fine pitch cables and flexible circuits.
– Measure thin layers using high-precision drop gauges.
– Utilize high-precision tools such as height gages, calipers, and micrometers.
– Demonstrate basic equipment skills such as saws, machine mills, and machine lathes.
– Possess basic computer skills desired for device history record transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Experience in high-tech manufacturing preferred.
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
– Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills necessary to complete various manufacturing documentation.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
– Familiarity with basic math.
– Ability to work with minimum supervision.
– Ability to handle and work with chemicals.
– Must be able to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.
