• Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
• Full-time position with benefits

Typical day as an Engineering Technician:
• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes to meet production targets
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with the production team to identify areas for process improvement
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization
• Maintaining accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Adhering to all safety rules and regulations at all times and wearing proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
• Meeting or exceeding company safety standards
• Performing other job responsibilities as assigned by management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus
• Have previous experience in manufacturing
• Have basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Have proven experience as an Engineering or Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Are familiar with quality control principles and practices
• Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Have effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Can work independently as well as in a team environment
